Cancellation Policy

At Britannia Sports, we aim to make the cancellation process as simple and clear as possible.

Cancelling Before Your Order Is Shipped

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

To request the cancellation of an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to stop the order from being processed, provided it has not already been dispatched.

After Your Order Has Been Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy, provided that all return conditions are met.

Cancellation Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved before the order is dispatched, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a cancellation request if:

The order has already been dispatched.

The product was specially ordered, personalised, or manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.

The product is covered by an exception to the right to cancel under applicable UK consumer law.
