Inspection

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

Refunds will only be approved if the product meets the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

Products that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the customer.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, or payment card.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.

Additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
