Returns and Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange the item under the following conditions.
Return Period and Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Returned items must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Not worn outdoors
In their original condition
Returned with all original tags and labels still attached
Products showing signs of wear, odour, washing, damage, staining, alteration, or missing tags may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once worn, opened, or if the hygiene seal has been removed, including:
Underwear
Swimwear
Earrings
Products marked as final sale or clearance may be excluded from voluntary returns where legally permitted. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

To request a return or exchange, please complete our official form:
Please complete one return form for each product you wish to return.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and detailed return instructions.
Please package the item securely and return it using a tracked delivery service.
Return Costs and Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or you received an incorrect product.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage, as Britannia Sports cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
If the requested size or product is no longer available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method instead.
