At Vikingr Sports, we do our best to provide a safe, reliable, and hassle-free shopping experience.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Norway: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information, allowing you to follow your package throughout the delivery process.

Customs, Duties, and VAT

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, value-added tax (VAT), or other government charges in accordance with applicable Norwegian law.

Any such charges shall be the responsibility of the customer if they apply.

Vikingr Sports cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or government authorities.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, refusal of delivery, or refusal to pay any applicable charges, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
